The mission of Edward Waters Career Development Center is to support academic programs by offering services that help students and alumni develop, assess, and implement career plans, leading to employment and lifelong growth. The Office of Career Exploration and Graduate Pathways provides a range of resources, including career exploration, internships, graduate school support, and job placement.

These services are designed to meet the diverse needs of all students, enhancing their knowledge and skills. Students are encouraged to register either in person at the Career Center or online to access these services. The office works collaboratively with students, tailoring support based on their interests, skills, and abilities.
