The Information Technology department provides one-on-one training for new, transfer, and existing students in the use of campus technology including Moodle, Self-Service, and email. Faculty and staff also provide on-going, one-on-one training for students. Faculty, staff and students can also receive walk-in assistance and Instructors are able to request class presentations from the Technology staff. The IT Help desk is located in the TOOKES Building room 106 or 120. Also, students may receive help by emailing support@ewc.edu.

Tiger Alert

Edward Waters College is committed to keeping our campus safe. The Tiger Alert Emergency Notification Service allows for automated delivery of critical announcements to students, faculty, and staff through text messages, phone calls and emails in the event of an urgent situation that may cause harm or imminent danger. Alerts are sent only in the event of an emergency that threatens the safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors. Examples of such emergency events would be inclement weather, hazardous materials spills, floods and/or fires.

To receive alerts, students, faculty, and staff are strongly encouraged to provide accurate contact information. You can add as many as six (6) telephone numbers and six (6) email addresses.

You can sign up or update your contact information for the Tiger Alerts by clicking on the following link: https://www.e2campus.net/my/ewc/index.htm.  If you are unable to click on the link, just copy and paste the link in your browser’s URL.

Updating your information takes only a few seconds. See the instructions below, as well as in the attached document.

If you have never changed your password:

  1. Log into the system using your regular EWC username
  2. Use the default password, Pass1234.

If you have ever changed your password:

  1. Click on “Forgot password?
  2. Then enter your regular EWC username and click the “Reset password” button.
  3. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your EWC e-mail.
  4. Go to your EWC e-mail and follow the instructions to complete the login process.

If the system does not recognize your EWC Username:

  1. Click on “SIGN UP” in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the requested information
  3. Check the consent box
  4. Click on “Create Account”.
