Edward Waters University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate and master’s degrees. Edward Waters University also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.

Edward Waters University has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) located at 11374 Strang Line Road in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. The business programs in the following degrees at the listed locations are accredited by the IACBE:

 

Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Information Systems, International Finance & Global Trade, Organizational Management, and Healthcare Management.

The Office of Institutional Planning, Research, and Effectiveness (OIPRE) reports to the Senior Vice President and Provost and oversees institutional planning, assessment, and accreditation activities for the University.
